DAY 1
- Airport Pick up
- Head to 5 Star resort
- Room with a pool
- Freshen up before heading for a traditional body healing massage. Dinner at the Sky dinning Revolving. Brisk Walk by the beach – Walking for Fitness Conducted by IAAF Qualified Coach. Early to bed by 9 pm or 10 pm
DAY 2
- 6 am pick up from the Hotel
- Head down to the Penang Waterfall Temple –Light breakfast
- Walk up 500 steps to the top of the Waterfall temple
- A Sun salutation by a master guru who will teach you the proper breathing techniques when performing the suryanamaskaram
- Followed by a Yoga breathing technique by –A chakra Yoga Expert
- Back to Hotel Breakfast –buffet
- Lunch Pick up –Tour of Georgetown Heritage sites , little indiaand its UnescoBuildings, together with the Penang Street Art tour .
- Afternoon Visit the KEK LOK Si Largest Buddhist Architecture Temple in South East Asia
- Dinner at NorthermBeach Café
DAY 3
- Morning Pick up from Hotel 9 am
- 10 am –Take train up Penang Hill to witness the magnificent view of Penang Hill
- Tree top Canopy walk –Full of oxygen intake , cleansing the lungs and soul. Walk with nature
- 12.00 noon back to Hotel –Check out and Collect Luggage
- 1pm Head to Airport
